Optimizing driver compensation – will there still be savings to be made in 2026?
Labor costs for drivers are rising, regulations are becoming more complex, and many companies continue to lose money due to errors in payroll processing. During the presentation, I will show where overpayments most often occur and which elements of the payroll system can still be optimized today—legally and safely. Participants will leave with concrete takeaways and a list of things worth checking in their own companies as early as the next day.

The clock is ticking—changes for carriers of vehicles up to 3.5 tons are getting closer.
I will discuss the upcoming regulatory changes that will affect carriers operating vehicles weighing up to 3.5 tons starting July 1, 2026, particularly regarding tachographs and the tracking of drivers’ working hours. Drawing on DRIVIA’s experience, I will provide practical guidance on how to prepare a transport company for the new regulations.
